You are required to provide certain personal information when you order web design and/or hosting services from us in order to begin providing these services and to administer and maintain your account and provide ongoing support. The information collected that we maintain in our customer account records include anything from contact information, to credit card and other payment information, to information required for the design and service of your web site. This information will be used to contact you regarding the status of your order and/or account as well as support notifications regarding service.

We also do not include personally identifiable information in unencrypted transactions such as e-mail.
