Strengthening Intelligence
CALMR is a study to determine the best ways of strengthening intelligence through increased brain activity. If you believe you might benefit from participating in this study whether it be to increase scores in the classroom or maintain mental productivity in later years, take time each day to look at the stretching section and run through the exercises. The activities complement the study with a mind building diversion. |

Start out with some “stretching” to get mental processes started and increase activity in the brain. Here you can find some interesting information on a wide range of topics. Spend a few minutes browsing these topics before beginning the exercises.
Here are some exercises designed to improve your mind's ability to think more rapidly and clearly. They will adapt to your current level of proficiency and continue to strengthen your mental prowess as you progress.
This section provides several games and activities that can further stimulate your mind after completing an exercise session. These include games of strategy and logic as well as a reading activity to increase both your speed and understanding.
Once you have taken a test and spent time going through the exercise sessions on a daily basis, you can track your progress by taking additional tests from time to time.
When you are finished with the exercises and activities, simply click “Done” to sign out. Remember to come back and go through the exercises daily for the best results. Ideally, you should spend around 30 minutes each day in the exercises and activities.
